The Federación Latinoamericana de Trabajadores de la Cultura y la Comunicación Social (FELATRACCS) is a regional federation in Latin America that promotes and protects the interests of workers in the communication sector. Its secretariat is located in Lima, Peru. FELATRACCS publishes a periodical (Observatorio Latinoamericano para la Libertad de Expresión) and stages courses and seminars to strengthen their member organisations. Besides this, the Board undertakes missions to the member organisations so as to strengthen the mutual contacts and to exchange experiences and information.
